These Terms of Service govern your use of the AIIMN website and, if your application is accepted and you purchase access, your participation in the AIIMN private operator community. By using the site or joining the community, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and applications
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you participate for a company or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to agree on its behalf where applicable.
Membership is application-based. You agree to provide accurate, current information and not to impersonate anyone else. AIIMN reviews every application and emails every applicant a decision within three business days. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; AIIMN may accept, decline, or request more information in order to keep the community focused and useful. If accepted, you receive a private signup link, choose monthly or annual billing, and gain community access after completing signup and payment.
Membership access
Membership is personal to the accepted member. You may not share login credentials, give another person access through your account, or transfer your membership without written permission. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping account details secure.
Community features, schedules, formats, and included resources may evolve as AIIMN learns what is most useful to members. We may reasonably add, remove, or change features without guaranteeing that every resource or session will always remain available.
Fees, billing, and cancellation
The standard membership price shown on this site is $99 per month or $891 per year. The price, billing period, taxes, and any different or promotional terms shown at checkout control your purchase. By purchasing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the payment method you supply.
Monthly and annual memberships renew for the same billing period until canceled, unless the checkout terms say otherwise. You may cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Monthly members are not locked into an annual commitment. Canceling an annual membership stops its next annual renewal; it does not convert the current annual period into monthly billing.
Unless the checkout terms state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and access continues until then. These terms do not promise refunds or credits for charges already paid, partial periods, unused time, or a decision not to participate. Any refund required by law or expressly stated in writing at purchase will still apply.
If a payment fails or remains overdue, access may be suspended or ended. You are responsible for keeping billing information current and for any applicable taxes not collected at checkout.
Community conduct
AIIMN is built for practical, respectful operator learning. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, deceive, or abuse another person.
- Post unlawful, infringing, malicious, or intentionally misleading material.
- Spam, solicit members aggressively, scrape member information, or use the community primarily to build an outside marketing list.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the site, community, accounts, or related systems.
- Use community access or materials to create a competing library, membership, course, database, or resale product.
We may moderate, move, or remove content and may take proportionate action when these standards are not followed.
Confidentiality and member information
Treat non-public information shared by another member inside AIIMN as confidential. Do not copy, publish, forward, record, or disclose another member's private business information, identity, screenshots, questions, workflows, results, or community posts outside AIIMN without that member's permission.
You are responsible for having permission to share anything you post. Do not upload client secrets, personal data, regulated data, confidential employer information, or third-party material you are not allowed to disclose. AIIMN cannot guarantee that every member will honor these obligations, so use judgment and do not share information that would create serious harm if disclosed.
Content and intellectual property
The AIIMN site, brand, original playbooks, templates, recordings, workflow diagrams, written materials, and other community resources are owned by AIIMN or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. An active membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use those materials for your own internal business or professional work.
You may adapt ideas and templates for your own work, but you may not publicly republish, sell, sublicense, distribute, or use substantial portions of AIIMN materials to train a shared or commercial dataset or model without written permission.
You keep ownership of content you create and share. You give AIIMN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and format that content only as reasonably needed to operate, moderate, and provide the community. This license ends when the content is deleted or your account closes, except for copies reasonably retained in backups, records, or posts already incorporated into member discussions. If you offer feedback or suggestions, AIIMN may use them without restriction or compensation.
AI, professional advice, and results
AIIMN provides education, peer discussion, examples, and operating resources. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice. Examples from AIIMN or members may not fit your facts, systems, customers, or legal obligations.
AI tools can produce incomplete, biased, outdated, or incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing outputs, protecting data, maintaining appropriate human approval, complying with third-party terms, and deciding whether and how to use any workflow or recommendation. No business, revenue, cost, productivity, or other result is guaranteed.
Third-party services
The site or community may link to or depend on third-party services, including payment, community, newsletter, analytics, hosting, and AI providers. AIIMN does not control those services, and your use of them may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. A link or integration does not guarantee a third party's availability, security, or suitability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the site at any time and may cancel a paid membership as described above. AIIMN may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, credential sharing, unlawful activity, serious or repeated conduct violations, threats to the community or service, or a material breach of these terms. Where reasonable, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a problem, but immediate action may be necessary to protect people, information, or systems.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect, including payment obligations already incurred, confidentiality, intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site, community, and materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIIMN and the people involved in operating it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the service. AIIMN's total liability for a claim related to paid membership will not exceed the amount you paid to AIIMN during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.
Responsibility for your use
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, content you were not entitled to share, or your material violation of these terms.
Changes and general terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the service after updated terms take effect means you accept them; if you do not agree, you should stop using the service and cancel before the next renewal.
These terms, together with any terms shown at checkout and the Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and AIIMN about the service. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without written permission.
