These are the full terms of the 10x Guarantee that comes with Built to Run. The course page summarizes the promise; this page defines the six required builds, the value record, the measurement window, and the refund.
The promise
If, twelve months after you enroll, your canonical value record shows less than $12,950 in documented, attributable value from the six builds, send the record for a refund of the course amount you actually paid, subject to these terms.
The $12,950 threshold is ten times the $1,295 single-payment price. The payment plan totals $1,497, but it does not change the threshold or increase the refund beyond the course amount you actually paid.
First 14 days
For the first 14 days after enrollment you may ask for a full refund of the course amount you actually paid, for any reason, with no value record required. Ask using the contact method on your enrollment receipt. A refund ends any bundled community access still active. After day 14, the documented-value standard set out below is the refund policy.
What you have to do
Complete all six build bundles and maintain the canonical value record:
- Build 1, Business Brain: five clean context files built from sanitized real business material and used successfully on one real task.
- Build 2, Repeating Workflow: one recurring workflow documented, run on real inputs, and saved with a reviewable output.
- Build 3, Three-Lane Agent Team: drafter, checker, and researcher lanes defined, bounded, and used on the selected workflow.
- Build 4, Safe Operating Rhythm: a documented human approval gate with a trigger and protected action, one real hold or controlled test, one correction folded into the system, and one scheduled process later checked and recorded.
- Build 5, Two Department Playbooks: two playbooks live on real material, each with the five receipts required by the course checkpoint.
- Build 6, Capstone Business OS: Builds 1-5 assembled, documented, assessed with the capstone template and rubric, and accompanied by a dated value-record snapshot.
The window
The measurement window is twelve months from enrollment. A claim may be submitted after those twelve months if the documented attributable total is below $12,950. Apart from the first 14 days described above, there is no separate no-questions-asked refund window; this guarantee measures completed work rather than a trial period.
What counts as value
Begin the record with Build 1, review it after Build 5, and save a dated snapshot with the capstone. Each claimed row must identify the date and build or workflow, baseline activity or cost, observed change, value category, calculation, assumptions, evidence reference, attributed dollar value, owner confidence, and a note preventing double counting.
Permitted categories are time saved, attributable revenue gained, software or vendor cost removed, and cost avoided. Time value must use your entered fully loaded hourly cost or another documented rate. Revenue must be attributable rather than merely correlated. The same value may not be counted in more than one category. Unsupported estimates and target values do not count as verified value.
What you get back
The refund is the course amount actually paid. For a single payment, that is the single payment. For the payment plan, it is the total of course payments actually collected, not more than the amount paid. A refund ends any bundled community access still active.
Included community access
Built to Run includes six months of AIIMN Community access from enrollment. Access does not automatically become a paid membership. It ends after six months unless AIIMN grants an extension or you separately and affirmatively purchase membership. During included access, member working sessions are available only when scheduled; no recurring cadence is guaranteed.
This is not the membership guarantee
The AIIMN membership has a separate annual guarantee with its own threshold, conditions, and terms. This page covers Built to Run only. Neither guarantee changes, extends, or replaces the other.
A few limits
- The guarantee applies to the person or business that enrolled and is not transferable.
- It applies once per enrollment.
- The version of these terms accepted at checkout and the recorded enrollment date govern the claim; the AIIMN Terms of Service apply alongside them.
- Only documented attributable value from the six defined builds is eligible.
How to claim
Send the canonical value record using the contact method on your enrollment receipt and include the enrollment date. AIIMN will review the claim against the version of the terms accepted at checkout and refund the course amount actually paid when the record meets these terms and remains below $12,950.
