What you’ll leave with.

This isn’t a slide deck about AI strategy. It’s a screen share of a working business, with the messy parts left in. Everything below walks out of the room with you, whether or not you ever spend a dollar with me.

  1. A four-line mental model for handing work to agents safely.

Structure before automation. Every agent gets a lane. Approval gates make speed safe, not slow. The goal is leverage, not full autonomy. You’ll watch each line proven on a live system, and they’re yours to use the next morning.

  2. A current map of what AI can actually reach.

As of mid-2026, connecting an AI system to your own store, books, payments, and email is an official login and about fifteen minutes, not a developer project. You’ll know which connections are that easy now, and which few are still a maze.

  3. The honest running cost, said out loud.

Before anyone asks you for anything, I’ll tell you what the whole system costs to keep going. It’s subscription-level, not enterprise-level, and you’ll hear the real number on the call.

  4. A real failure and the guardrail that came out of it.

An agent inside WindRider built a confident conclusion on a wrong premise and queued up work that would have been a mistake. You’ll see what caught it before it shipped, and you’ll leave with the check that saves you from the same one.

  5. The system, watched live, not described.

The morning standup runs on screen, and an agent team carries one real job start to finish through the human approval gate that stands between a draft and anything a customer sees. Questions go in Zoom Q&A the whole way through.

Who should be in the room.

I’d rather have forty people who can use this than four hundred who can’t. Read the second list honestly.

This is for you if

  • You run a small business, or you’re the operator inside one who gets handed the problems.
  • You’ve used AI in pieces, a draft here and a summary there, and you can feel that it should be wired together.
  • You want fewer manual handoffs, not another subscription.

Probably not for you if

  • You’re after a prompt pack or a list of tools to try.
  • You want a guaranteed blueprint that skips the part where things break.
  • You don’t have a real business to apply any of it to yet.

More output. Lower costs. Same headcount.

WindRider is my company, not a case study I read about. Everything on this call is running in it right now, which also means you’ll see the compromises, the places where I gave up on automating something, and the checks I keep in front of anything a customer sees.

≈5X organic sales growth Measured at WindRider over the shift to AI-supported operations.
$5,000+/mo in software expense replaced Gross subscription spend the custom systems made unnecessary, month after month.
2X net margin Doubled without adding staff.

Who’s running the session.

Robert Sanberg

I’m Robert Sanberg. I run WindRider, an outdoor apparel business, and AIIMN, a private network of owners and operators putting AI to work inside their own companies. I’m not a researcher and I’m not an AI influencer. A few years ago WindRider was getting squeezed: costs kept climbing faster than sales, and we had to figure out how to do more with less. That pressure is what led me to rebuild how the company runs, piece by piece. This session is the tour I wish someone had given me at the start.

Before you register.

Is this a pitch-fest?

No. The session is the tour and your questions. Near the end I’ll take a couple of minutes to say what else I’m building, and then go back to answering questions. I’d rather tell you that now than have you find out at minute seventy.

Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can describe how work moves through your business, you’ll follow everything on the screen. I’ll name the tools, but the session is about how the pieces fit together, not about code.

Will I be on camera?

No. This is a Zoom Webinar, so attendee cameras and microphones stay off. You’ll watch the screen share and can send questions through Zoom Q&A. I’ll answer as many as I can before we wrap.

What if I can’t attend live?

This is a live-only session with no replay, so register when you expect to attend. Being live is the point: your questions steer part of the ninety minutes.

What does it cost?

It’s free to attend live. You register with a first name and an email, and that’s the whole deal.

Come see how it actually runs.

Business and life, on target. That’s the whole point of building the system. The company keeps moving without consuming every hour you have, and I still have time to coach my son’s baseball team. On September 24 I’ll show you exactly how mine is put together, including the parts I’d do differently.
